            -sausage
            -flour
            -milk
            -salt

I don't have a recipe as such for sausage gravy, it's just something you
learn to do around here with out a written recipe, but I'll tell you what I
do. Cook sausage til done and crumbled in large saucepan. Do not drain. Stir
in enough flour to make a thick paste. Then stir in milk a little at a time,
cooking over medium heat. Stir constantly. I can't give amount for the milk
but eventually you will get a cooked consistency about like a thick white
sauce. Depending on the sausage used you may want to add salt and˙pepper, but
taste first.
