      1 c  Blended pineapple (whip
           -fruit in a food processor
      4 ea or blender until smooth)
    1/4 t  Cinnamon

Heat ingredients to a boil in a saucepan; turn to low and simmer; stirring
occasionally, until mixture reaches desired thickness.  Yields 1/3 cup.
