      Title: Bunny Salad

      3 oz Pkg. orange gelatin
      1 c  Boiling water
      1 c  Pineapple juice and water
      1 t  Grated orange rind
  1 1/3 c  Crushed pineapple; drained
      1 c  Carrots; raw, grated

           Marshmallows
           Carrot strips

     Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple
  juice/water mixture and orange rind. Chill until
  slightly thickened. Then fold in pineapple and
  carrots. Pour into 6-8 individual round molds. Chill
  until firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Add carrot strips
  to form ears, a large marshmallow for the head, and a
  half a marshmallow for the tail. Serve plain or with
  mayonnaise, if desired.
