      Title: Neimen Marcus cake

      Yield: 1 servings

      1 pk yellow, or choclate cake mix
    1/2 c  margerine
      2    eggs
           TOPPING MIX
      8 oz cream cheese
      2    eggs
      1 lb box powder sugar
    1/2 cup nuts(opptional)

Here is a sweet version of a cheesecake like bar cake.

CAKE:
Mix together and press into a 13x9 baking dish.

TOPPING:
Mix
  Pour  over top of first mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 mins or until golden
brown. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
   Let cool, and cut into bar's.
