---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.00 Title: Pecan Coffee Cake Categories: Cakes, Desserts Yield: 12 servings ----------------------------------FILLING---------------------------------- 1 c Dark brown sugar 1 ts Cinnamon 3/4 c Pecans -----------------------------------BATTER----------------------------------- 1 c Mixed black & gold raisins 1 c Chopped pecans toasted in 400 F. for 10 min. & cooled 2 1/2 c Flour 1 tb Baking powder 1/2 ts Cinnamon Pinch of salt 2/3 c Sugar 3 Eggs 1 c Milk 1/4 lb Butter, melted 1 ts Vanilla Heat oven to 350 F. Butter and flour 10 inch Bundt pan. Combine filling ingredients and mix well, set aside. Combine 1st 6 ingredients of batter and mix well. In separate bowl combine sugar, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla. Stir well until blended. Add dry mixture to wet in 3 batches. Spread 1/3 of batter in bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of filling mixture, repeat, then top with final 1/3 of batter. Bake 50 min. Allow to cool 10 minutes and then turn out of pan. From: SWEET THING #10 @4203 -----
