MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: Chicken Liver Spread Categories: Spreads Yield: 1 servings Chicken livers (1 lb.) butter salt & pepper to taste 2 hard boiled eggs cut up chopped onions 2 TB mayonaise Fry chicken livers in butter, add salt & pepper (I end up adding quite a bit of salt). Cut up chicken livers when done. Mix eggs, onions, livers and mayo together. You can serve hot or cold with crackers to spread it on.
