      Title: Dipping Sauce for Lumpia

      Yield: 1 servings

    1/4 c  Brown sugar;packed
    1/2 c  White vinegar
      1 ts Soysauce
      1 ts Tapocia starch
      2 tb Water
      2 tb Ginger;minced

  in a 2 quart pan mix sugar and vinegar and soy sauce stir over high
  heat until sugar dissolves. Mix tapioca starch with water add to
  sugar mixture and stir sauce till boils remove from heat add 2
  Tablespoons fresh minced ginger.
