      Title: Fluffy Coconut Frosting

      Yield: 4 cups

      1 pk Cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c  Confectioners sugar
    1/4 c  Milk
    1/4 ts Almond extract (oppt.)
  3 1/2 c  Cool whip, thawed
      2 c  Coconut

  Mix together ingredients until well blended.
  Makes enough to frost tops and sides of 2-8 or 9 inch cake layers or 13x9
  inch cake.

  Store frosted cake in the refrigerator.
