      Title: Cheesy Chicken Sandwiches

      Yield: 3 servings

      4 oz Grated cheddar cheese
      6 oz Can chunk chicken, drained
      4 oz Can green chili peppers,
           -drained
      3 oz Pkg. cream cheese, at room
           -temperature
      6 ea English muffin halves

  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix cheese, chicken, chili peppers and cream
  cheese until well blended.  Place about 2 tablespoons of mixture on each
  muffin half.  Place each muffin half on a cookie sheet.  Bake until cheese
  melts, about 15 minutes.

  Serve with dill pickle wedges and potato chips.
