---------- Recipe via UNREGISTERED Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: Chicken and Dressing Categories: Chicken Yield: 6 servings 8 ea Chicken breast halves, -cooked, deboned, skinned, -cut in large pieces 1 ea Stick margarine/butter, -melted 16 oz Pkg. cornbread stuffing mix 1 c Diced celery 1 c Chopped onion Margarine for sauteing -vegetables 1 ea Can cream of chicken soup 1 ea Can cream of celery soup or -cream of mushroom soup 2 c Water 2 ts Chicken bouillon granules Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch casserole dish. Put half of the dry stuffing mix into the casserole. Put the chicken on top of the dry stuffing mix in the casserole. Saute the celery and onion in a little margarine until tender. Mix the veggies with the other half of the dry stuffing mix. Melt the stick of margarine and toss it with this stuffing mixture. Place the mixture on top of the chicken. Heat the soup, water and bouillon until hot and well blended. Pour the soup mixture on top of the stuffing.
