      Title: Ham Roll-Ups

      Yield: 6 servings

      8 oz Cooked ham, chopped
      8 oz Cheddar cheese, cubed
      2 ea Eggs, boiled & chopped
      3 tb Mayonnaise
      1 md Onion, chopped
      1 c  Chili sauce
    1/2 c  Margarine/butter
      4 oz Jar green olives, diced
      6 ea Hot dog buns

  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix ham, cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, onion and
  chili sauce.  Spread margarine on each hot dog roll on both sides.  Place
  1/6 of the ham and cheese mixture on each roll.  Wrap each roll in
  aluminum foil, drug store fashion, sealing well.  Bake for 30 minutes
  until hot and the cheese is melted.

  To serve as an appetizer, cut each filled hot dog roll into 5 pieces
  before wrapping in foil.
