      Title: Toasted Roast Beef Sandwiches

      Yield: 1 sandwich

      2 ea Slices bread
      1 tb Horseradish sauce
      2 oz Very thinly sliced roast
           -beef
      1 tb Pickle relish, drained
      1 ea Slice Swiss cheese

  Spread both slices of bread with horseradish sauce.  Place roast beef on
  sandwich.  Sprinkle relish over beef.  Add cheese.  Cover with second
  slice of bread, plain side up.  Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet.  Broil
  unil browned on one side.  Carefully turn sandwiches over and return to
  broiler.  Broil until second side is browned.
