---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.00 Title: Creamy Chocolate Layered Pie Categories: Desserts, Pies Yield: 8 servings 4 oz Cream cheese, softened 1 tb Milk or 1/2 & 1/2 1 tb Sugar 12 oz Tub of Cool Whip, thawed 1 Choc. ready crust, (6 oz.) 1 1/2 c Milk or 1/2 & 1/2 2 pk 4-serv. size choc. flavor Inst. pudding & pie filling Mix Cream Cheese, 1 tb. milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the Cool Whip. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 1/2 cups of milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in 2 cups of the Cool Whip. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip, if desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator. -----
