Scald milk, pour over bread cubes. Let stand 10 minutes. Add melted butter, beaten eggs, honey, sugar, salt, vanilla, and lemon peel; mix well and add peaches. Pour into a buttered 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until brown. Serve with milk, ice cream or whipped topping. -----
