MMMMM-----Meal-Master---------- Title: Sweet Potatoe Biscuits Categories: Breads Servings: 48 buscuits 3 1/2 c cooking, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes 1 1/2 c sugar 1 1/4 c margerine, at room temp. 2 c cake flour 1 1/4 c all-purpose flour 3 Tb baking powder 1/2 ts baking soda In large mixing bowl, combine sweet potate, sugar and margerine. Mix with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into a ball, cover refriderate at least 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out the dough out ona floured surface about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and cut into 48 biscuits. Place on a baking sheet and bake 15 - 18 mins until golden brown. Miss Mimsy MMMMM
