     Quick-Amortizer has been designed to be easy to use, it will
quickly calculate loan payment and present loan balance
information for your loan by simply starting the program.
Optionally, you can store general loan details and loan servicer
information. The payment history stores the principal and
interest portion of your monthly payment, any principal reduction
payments, adjustments to the loan balance, and a note for each
payment made. The program will also allow you to view or print a
full or partial amortization schedule for your loan. You can view
"What-If" scenarios of many types of loan conversions and
principal reduction payments.

     Quick-Payment is designed to quickly calculate loan
payments, prequalifying information, and loan amortization
schedules.

THE PAYMENT CALCULATOR: Compares four loan payments on four
different loan programs simultaneously using loan payment
comparison sets. This allows you to compare an unlimited number
of loan payments and loan programs by entering the desired loan
amount.
THE PREQUALIFY WORKSHEET: By selecting a loan amount and the type
of loan program desired, a qualifying amount can be determined in
a few seconds. Any of the parameters used to calculate the
information can be changed and the worksheet will automatically
adjust. You can select another loan program and the same borrower
information will be used to qualify under the new loan program.
THE LOAN AMORTIZER: Displays and prints loan amortization
schedules. Calculates interest rate buydowns, escrows for 2/1
buydowns, and compares interest repayment amounts.
