Volume 3, Issue 1, Release 9, Spring 1993

(S.I. was not produced during 1992; it reverted to being a quarterly in 1993)

ShareDebate International, after being absent during 1992 is back in print! First is an excellent retort by a Japanese former journalist, Masanobu Taniguchi, to the Western Media about the distortions and misunderstanding surrounding the February 3, 1992, Japan's Prime Minister Kiichi Miyazawa reportedly- made remarks to lawmakers in the Diet, Japan's parliament, that he had long thought Americans may lack work ethic. Second is an excellent expose of why there is a housing crisis and the homeless -- almost all government manufactured, by a Cato Institute Senior Fellow, Doug Bandow. Last is an analysis about misconceptions about Social Security, written by the editor.
