README.TXT FOR VISION LINKS BUILDER 1.2

To install the Vision Links Builder hypertext authoring system: 
        Change to the directory containing INSTALL.EXE
        Type INSTALL and press the Enter key.

You can run Vision Links without using the Install program. For best results
the directory containing the Vision Links programs should be added to your
path. The DOS environment variable VLB should also be set to point to the 
Vision Links program directory. Add these lines to AUTOEXEC.BAT:
        PATH=C:\VLB;%PATH%
        SET VLB=C:\VLB

To run the Vision Links Builder: 
        Change to the directory containing the VLB program
        Type VLB and press the Enter key.

To see the electronic hypertext Vision Links Builder manual:
        Change to the directory containing the VLB program
        Type MANUAL and press the Enter key.
