In order to run InfoSnatch, you must have the file VBRUN300.DLL installed on your system.  Most computer users already have this file in their "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\" directory, and it is a common practice not to include this (rather large) file in shareware distribution packages.

If you do not already have this file, it is available (for free) on CompuServe, America Online, Prodigy, MSN, and probably on any other online service or Bulletin Board system.

If you are unable to obtain a copy of this file, contact Zoot Software and we will find a way to get you a copy.

How To Install InfoSnatch
=========================

Close any running applications (you do not have to close File Manager), then run InfoSnatch's Installation Program "SETUP.EXE" and follow the instructions on your screen.

Troubleshooting / Technical Support

If you have any problems running InfoSnatch after successfully installing the program, open InfoSnatch's Help File and read the topic "Technical Support".  This topic includes a number of solutions to common problems.
