         By  registering Osiris XLT, you indicate your  acceptance  of
         these terms.

         Osiris XLT ("the Software") is copyright 1989-93 by Mike Bryeans
         and International TeleCommunications, All  rights are reserved.

         The PURCHASER is granted a  LICENSE  to  use the software only,
         subject to the following restrictions and limitations.

         1. The license is to the original purchaser only, and is  not
         transferable  without  written  permission from an officer of
         International TeleCommunications.

         2.  The  original purchase may use the Software on  a  single
         computer or single Local Area Network owned or leased by  the
         original purchaser.

         You may not use the software on more than one computer or one
         Local  Area  Network  even if you own or lease  all  of  them
         without the written consent of Mike Bryeans.

         3.  The  original purchaser may make back-up  copies  of  the
         Software  for  his or her own use only, subject  to  the  use
         limitations in this license.

         4. The original purchaser may not engage in, or permit  third
         parties to engage in, any of the following:

                   A. Providing or permitting use of or disclosing the
                   Software to third parties.

                   B. Making alterations or copies of any kind in  the
                   Software (except as specifically permitted above).

                   C. Attempting to Un-assemble, de-compile or reverse
                   engineer the Software in any way.

                   D. Granting sublicenses, leases, or other rights in
                   the Software to others.

         Mike Bryeans and ITC  reserves the right  to  terminate  this
         license  if there is a violation of its terms or  default  by
         the  Original Purchaser.
