This is a regular Windows Help File with the ability to change your Compuserve
Information Manager's INI file and put in the Phone number you want.  The help
file has a current listing of all Local Access Phone Numbers into Compuserve
for the USA , Canada (via DataPac), and International.
If you wish you may follow the steps given and install the Help file into a 
group in Windows.  Then you can run this like any other program.

Before proceeding it would be a good idea to make copies of your CIS.INI (in
the cserve directory) and WINCIM.INI (in the cserve\wincim directory).

1. Copy INI-CIM.DLL into your \Windows\System sub-directory.
2. Copy the CISFULL.HLP and the CIS.ICO files into your windows sub-directory.
3. (From in Windows) Open a group you wish to add the file into.  Or create
	a new group.
4. Select File--New from the Program Manager Window.
5. Pick Program Item and then press OK.
6. For Description type in : Compuserve Phone Number Changer.
7. For Command Line type in : CISFULL.HLP.
8. Now press the Change Icon... 
9. For File Name enter : CIS.ICO
10. Press OK
11. Press OK one more time and you should be done.
12. Try it and Enjoy.

way to find Compuserve Numbers.
