   This document supercedes any contradictory statements that may be found
   in other documents associated within the GolfStat archive.


                    Duplication and Distribution of GolfStat

   GolfStat(tm) software and reference materials are the sole property of Jim
   Tanner (dba RiverBend SoftWare) and are protected by U.S. Copyright Law.
   GolfStat is a registered trademark of RiverBend SoftWare.  All rights are
   reserved worldwide.  GolfStat is copyright (C) 1995.

   You are encouraged to make copies of GolfStat for your friends and golfing
   associates. Shareware distributors are encouraged to duplicate/distribute
   this program. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (BBS) are
   encouraged to post this program for downloading by their users. Permission
   is hereby granted to copy and distribute GolfStat, for profit or otherwise,
   provided all the following conditions are met:


   1.  GolfStat must be copied and distributed in unmodified form, complete
       with copyright notices, licensing information and ALL documentation.

   2.  A fee may be charged for duplication/distribution services, but NO
       FEE MAY BE CHARGED FOR THE ACTUAL USE OF GolfStat.

   3.  GolfStat may be distributed in conjunction with other products provided
       RiverBend SoftWare is notified no less than ten (10) business days in
       advance of the actual distribution date.  This includes, but is not
       limited to, shareware diskettes and CD-ROM.  We just want to know
       where and how GolfStat is being distributed.  Express written consent
       is NOT REQUIRED to distribute GolfStat as long as the requirements
       mentioned in items 1 and 2 above are met.

   4.  If you notify RiverBend SoftWare in advance of the distribution
       date, we will be happy to send you a fresh copy of the latest
