IMPORTANT - You must read this notice in its entirety before using
RescueMe, (or "Program").  Use and subsequent installation of Program
indicates your (hereinafer "User") acceptance of the following terms and
conditions of this License Agreement.  This version of the RescueMe
program is distributed without warranty or promise of technical support
by Resource 800 (hereinafter "Publisher").

This publication and associated program (hereinafter "Publication and
"Program") are distributed as "Shareware," that is, they may be
disseminated freely as long the files associated with Publication remain
unchanged.  This Publication may be posted on commercial information
services, computer systems or BBS facilities for downloading.  The
attached VENDINFO data record is hereby incorporated by reference.  Any
distributor satisfying all of the distributor requirements expressed in
that data record is hereby authorized.

Individual users may copy this publication to disk and distribute
it by mail or other common carrier.  Items printed from this program
may be freely distributed to other persons or user groups.  They
may not be republished except by permission of the author with full

its performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular use or
purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the
contents of this package is assumed by the user.  Seller disclaims any
and all warranties, either express or implied.  In no event shall Seller
be liable for any damages, consequential or inconsequential, whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business revenues
or profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other
pecuniary loss) arising out of the installation, use or inability to
use this Program, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of
such losses or damages.

The user elects to install upgrades to Program entirely at his/her/their
own risk.  If these terms are not acceptable, then the user must remove
any portion of this Program installed to a hard disk drive or other
storage device.

SINGLE LICENSE (Applies to Licensed Upgragdes) - User may install the
contents of this disk to a single computer.  One back-up copy of this
disk may be made for archival purposes and must be labeled
appropriately.  This Program and accompanying documentation may not be
copied or otherwise distributed to other persons or organizations,
transmitted electronically or stored in magnetic media under
any circumstances.  The Program and its contents may not be decompiled
or used apart from the contents of this disk or installed components.
Transfer of License is permitted so long as User destroys any copies in
his/her/their posession at time of transfer.

User agrees to use his/her/their best efforts and take all reasonable
steps to protect this Program and resulting copyrights from unauthorized
use, copying or dissemination, and will maintain all proprietary notices
intact.

This License will be construed and enforced in accordance with any and
all relevant copyright laws of the United States and signatories to the
Copyright of Convention of 1979, as amended.  Any and all disputes
regarding this agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance
with Texas law.  All Programs and printed materials are Copyright 1995
Resource 800.  All Rights Reserved.

The following terms are required per the NeoSoft Runtime License
Agreement:

1. NeoBook is owned by NeoSoft Corporation;

2. NeoSoft Corporation will not be held responsible for damages
caused by the disks and programs created using its products.

3. NeoSoft Corporation is under no obligation to provide product
or technical support to users of the products created using NeoBook.
