 NOTE: When returning the Apply.txt file, rename the ext from app to your
       first three letters of your last name.
 This application should be sent to your State Host who will inturn forward
 it on up the ladder. Look at the nodelist included with the Master.z?? file
 for your state Host. You should also have a front end mailer up and running
 prior to sending in your application. Use 756:1/999 as a temp node number.
