This ain't rocket science but the technical side of network file 
moving may appear confusing. Please ask questions if what follows does not 
make sense to you. 

     All files - and their first destination - are announced as they arrive 
in messsage area FreeFile. 

     Comprehensive and concise RFE message, file and transfer statistics 
are posted daily in the message echo FreeFall. 

     Planet Connect's daily message log files are available from (1:323/3) 
for -7- days. File request NOBOLOG.Znn, where 'nn' is the two digit day of 
the month. 

     Everything arriving from Planet Connect is immediately available by 
mailer file request or bbs call from 323/109. 

     But only for FIVE DAYS. On the SIXTH DAY, files from areas no one's 
yet requested get eternal rest, the big delete! 

     Files from unclaimed areas are announced as Condemned when they 
arrive, accompanied by expiration date at the top of the message and RAID 
file area requesting instructions at the bottom. 

     Anyone is welcome to hub the file echos that most interest them. Send 
us a short bbs ad and we'll paste it to the end of your announcement 
messages. 

     A weekly routine picks out a descriptive, sorted, formatted and dupe 
deleted list of ACTIVE RFE file areas, starting with: 

copy filebone.na+filebone.no+filegate.zxx+pcbone.na+flocal.na FILEBONE.NA /b/v 

     A magic file name f'req of FREEBONE will get you this week's list.

     Remember, if you have Raid password here, you can create any RFE file 
echo you wish simply by sending 323/109 'seed' file, accompanied by a valid 
.Tic attach. A short description of the file area will help but isn't 
essential. 

     Please note, though, file areas are at a premium here. Most 
unsubscribed, inactive echos are disabled. If you want to activate a listed 
Planet Connect file area anyway, put the following on one line: 

ADDAREA Your_Raid_Pword fileare1 fileare2 fileare3 etc. 

     ...and send it to 323/109 as a file request. 

     With Binkley, that's as simple as doing this:

     Your request gets processed immediately. Binkley function requests are 
quite slick ;-)
