0. The source code is officially distributed through me or through
   the GUG as volume #406B.

1. DISKED source code is not Public Domain.  I retain all copyrights
   to the source code that make up DISKED (although some modules in
   which it is explicitly stated are released to the Public Domain).

   This may change.  I just want to keep track of all DISKED releases
   until it is in a proper state of refinement.

   I will basically let anyone do what ever they want with the
   code except SELL IT (if you paid for it -- with the exception
   of through CUJ -- PLEASE LET ME KNOW!).

2. Feel free to call the DISKED Support BBS at 508-540-9711.  It is
   24hrs/V42BIS/14.4K.  There you will find the full source code and
   can ask any question, offer tips and suggestions, leave bug reports
   and critisisms, etc.  If you use DISKED I will be very grateful for
   a message about what you think.

3. CUG is the C Users Group.  They have a fine magazine, "The C/C++
   Users Journal".

4. Although I supply the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE (distributed
   electronically as a document named "COPYING.DOC"), I find
   it too vague, contradictory, and written in a manner of
   "tooting their own horn" so to speak, and I will eventually
   supply my own general license aggreement soon.  See the file
