What is DTAG?
==================

DTAG is a whole new approach to playing multiplayer Doom.
In the past, the purpose was to have as many frags as possible.
Dtag offers a new purpose for two-on-two Doom II play, to
invade the opposing fort, reach a switch, and escape alive.
Like "Capture the Flag" games.

How do you play With Watertag?
===============================

Playing watertag is NOT simple..  I really suggest this wad be played
with Deathtag veterans..  go get DEATHTAG.WAD or SCHOOL.WAD if you haven't
already..

A>  before anything!!!  you guys must determine wether or not you guys will
    be playing DEATH TAG, or DEATH MATCH!!!!  VERY IMPORTANT!!!

B>  Once in WATERTAG.WAD,  GREEN (player 1) must press the corresponding
    switch right outside his bunker to what game everyone wants to play.
    There will be 2 options..  DEATHTAG, or DEATHMATCH..

C>  Once a setting has been chosen, there will be no way to change the
    settings again..

D>  if Death match is switched, the level will turn into an arena, if
    this is what you want, the best skill would be 1-2.

E>  if death tag is switched, the level will remain the same, except for
    a wall blocking off these switches.. (so no asshole comes by and presses
    it because his team is losing).

F>  PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET THE SWITCH YOU WANT BEFORE PLAYING..  Sorry, GREEN
    dude..  I will come up with an easier way another day.

             now.. for deathtag

1)  There are two teams, a blue team and a red team.  Each team has their
    own hydro dump.  (Green/Indigo = Blue Team, Brown/Red = Red Team)

2)  The objective:  This wad takes place in a port base that was used as
    a docking refinary for UAC.  One man from your team must infiltrate a
    hydro dump that has your team's candles around it, and the other will
    go to the opposing color's hydro dump where a switch is that he must reach
    for his partner who will be waiting for a door to open..  CAUTION:  This
    door is also a switch for the opposing team.. becareful as not to press
    the switch for them while actiously awaiting the door to open.. On the
    other side of this door lies a radiation suit (or swim gear with the gif).
    CAUTION: I repeat, THE PERSON WHO GOES FOR THE SWITCH MUST ENTER
    THE OPPOSSING TEAM'S Hydro dump.  THE PERSON WAITING FOR THE swim gear
    MUST WAIT AT HIS TEAM'S hydro dump.  it will be simple after you play.

3)  The swim gear is needed because your team will then have to swim
    through a deep swamp (labeled by the green candles) to reach a scoring
    switch.  You can only get one point per gear, and make sure you don't
    miss that switch when you get to it (better be slamming on that spacebar
    once you start getting close). I AM SERIOUS!! or at LEAST have good timing
    like me.. no second chances. you'll have to do the process all over again..
    and your partner will be ...well.. you know..

4)  Once your team has scored FIVE points (there are colored posts raised
    in the hydro dumps, and the path to the deep swamp)
    your team will THEN have access to the exit with the lamps labeling it.
    anyone can use the exit..  ( i got really actious to play.)
   
5)  Reset Switch:  The switch with -NO- label at the aquarium (exiting place)
    doesn't take you to the next level, it starts the same map AGAIN
    without having to exit and setup another game on your server.  This comes
    in handy because usually we get thirsty again for the hydro dumps.  Also,
    if you DO  switch the switch marked -EXIT-, you will be taken to level 2
    which is STOWERS.WAD.  This is not deathtag compatible..  It is simply
    just a fun dmatch map that not many seen yet.. enjoy

8)  How can you see the score?   You count the score based on the number of
    poles raised out of the ground.  There are several places you can find 
    these poles: i've mentioned them before.. look up.  Also, when a team
    wins, there is no way of ANYONE achieving an extra point..

0?> if you REALLY dont know what the HELL.. get deathtag.wad and
    try to learn something.. I strongly recomend getting DETHTAG.WAD
    before using this level.. it is more easy to learn..

i'll just have to wait till im RICH one day..
