2.x enahancements 8/94

The following files have been refreshed since the compuserve post.
Please copy these files over old ones.  The ZIP file includes source
code changes if you re-compiled or changed Notify + 2.0.

The following additions/changes have been made:

- Enable send e-Forms menu item if e-Forms client is registered 
	w/ user's msmail.ini
- Except -pPassword scheme for command line password submission
- Command line passing of environment variables verifed
- Icon accurately reflects mailbox status.  Thanks for the icons Microsoft!
- Version changed to 2.1
