NetClock Features

~ Lets you keep track of your internet time.  Information stored is:
    ~ How long is Current call
    ~ How long you've been on today
    ~ How long you've been on this month
    ~ How long your been on since you started using NetClock

~ How much charges you've accumulated (current month) after your free
  hours have expired.

~ Graphically displays how close you are to reach your maximum hours.

~ Logs into a text file after each billing cycle.

~ Day of billing cycle can be set by user.

~ Automatic detect on/off line status.

That's it! NetClock was made to be very simple and easy to use and is
very small so it doesn't hog alot resources.
