KNOB.VBX - Knob Custom Control (VBX)

The Knob Control is a highly customizable knob or dial control.
Properties are provided to modify knob style, mark, scale, tics, 
annulars, captions, border and background.  The mouse may 
optionally be used to change knob values.  Additionally, there 
are snap and multiturn functions.
