DESCRIPTION: 	'Visual Basic Tip of the Day' is intended to present a
		different tip each day when you launch Visual Basic.
		Thus, instead of launching VB, launch 'Tip of the Day.'
		There are over 250 tips split into 3 different experience
		levels.

The remainder of this file describes the terms by which Visual Advantage,
Inc. permits other parties to distribute the Visual Basic Tip of the Day(TM)
shareware product.

1. Distribution by modem:

Visual Advantage, Inc. allows and encourages all bulletin board systems and
on-line services to distribute Tip of the Day by modem as long as no
files are altered or removed.  If a distribution fee is charged for this
software, you must additionally ensure that:

A. Visual Advantage, Inc. is credited as the publisher of the file.
B. The software is identified as shareware.
C. The shareware concept is explained adequately elsewhere on-line.

2. Distribution by diskette:

Shareware vendors may distribute Tip of the Day on a floppy disk if
the following conditions are met:

A. You explain the shareware concept and describe this program as shareware
(e.g. "shareware is try-before-buying software", and "the price paid by
users for shareware is a distribution charge only).
B. You credit Visual Advantage, Inc. as the publisher of this software in
all catalog descriptions and any other written descriptions.
C. You sell the software for less than $5, and only sell the most current
version of it.
D. No other programs may be included on the floppy disk that contains this
program (except for a vendor menu program or vendor logo).
E. No files are modified or deleted.
F. Please send us a copy of any catalog listing this software.

3. CD-ROM and multi-disk packs:

If you wish to commercially distribute Tip of the Day on a CD-ROM or a pack
of several disks (through mail-order, wholesale, retail, or any other
channels), you need to follow these terms and conditions:

A. You explain the shareware concept and describe this program as shareware.
B. You credit Visual Advantage, Inc. as the publisher of this software in
all catalogs and program descriptions.
C. The front-cover packaging must contain the word "Shareware" in large
type.
D. No files may be modified or deleted.
E. Please send us a copy of the CD-ROM as soon as it has been manufactured.

4. Any distribution in a retail environment:

Any party wishing to sell Tip of the Day in a retail environment must meet
the following conditions:

A. You explain the shareware concept and describe this program as shareware.
B. You credit Visual Advantage, Inc. as the publisher of this software in
any other written descriptions.
C. The front-cover packaging must contain the word "Shareware" in large
type.
D. Please send us a copy of your packaging as soon as it has been
manufactured.

5. Other terms and conditions:

A. Except as expressly licensed by Visual Advantage, Inc., we have and
reserve the exclusive copyright and all other rights, title and interest
to distribute this program, and to use trademarks in connection with them.
B. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS".  NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
C. This license may be terminated by Visual Advantage, Inc. by giving a
30 day advance written notice.
