Martin Fractals V1.1, Windows 3.1 Screen Saver

Here is a free little screen saver for all to enjoy.

I obtained the Martin fractals code from some other PD source
and am releasing this program as freeware.

You need to make sure that spin.dll and ctl3d.dll are in a
directory in your path (usually c:\windows or c:\windows\system).

Many prople have sent me suggestions on improvements to this screen 
saver.  Thank you for your inputs.  I still plan on implementing
more changes.  This release however just reflects some changes I 
made quite a while ago.  I just got around to releasing it now.

Version 1.0 - First version
Version 1.1 - Centered the fractal image on screen
            - Added scale factor setting
