Short Description for BBS (area should be /music/ or if not available
in this order: /sound/  /wave/  /cd-audio/  /cd-rom/ /digital-audio/  /tools/):

The archive filename for BBS, FTP ecc. should be "TURTLE##.???"
where ## is the edition (now 1.2 so 12 stripping the last number for subrevision);
the extension ??? will depend upon the archive method (ZIP, ARJ ecc.).
Normally ZIP.
(It hasn't been named TARTAR12.zip because TAR could be misleading)

The Programme requires MS-DOS version 6.0 or later, Windows 3.1,
1.5MB of diskspace a Soundcard and a CD-Rom drive to have full
access possibilities.
