		languages than were actually ready for public use.

		* Updated I-Net address from ...pfalz... to ...kiss....

1.10		Quarterly Update
1 October 95	Freed > 100,000 bytes of memory -- included an Overlay File
		and Overlay Manager, Added Three Command Line Parameters,
		/SYSTEM, /TILE, /CASCADE.

		* By Overlaying much of the program's code, large,
		seldom-used portions can remain in the .OVR file and not use
		precious RAM.  Execution speed is not greatly different;
		however, at least 100,000 bytes (compared to v. 1.05) of RAM
		were freed, allowing nine 50k files to be opened verses v.
		1.05's ability to open seven files.

		* The command line parameters /SYSTEM, quickly opens the
		files "C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT", "C:\CONFIG.SYS",
		"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.INI", and "C:\WINDOWS\WIN.INI".  If one of
		the following parameters are not selected, "C:\...\WIN.INI"
		remains on top.

		* /TILE, and /CASCADE allow you to choose how multiple files
		will initially be displayed.
		   The /TILE divides the screen between the files opened.
		   The /CASCADE layers the files on the screen.
