It is easy to use and runs quickly and gracefully. Edit multiple files. Use the clip box feature to store frequently used pieces of text. Run highlighted programs and dial telephone numbers from within a document. Use the program's calculator for quick computations. The context-sensitive help is enough to get you up and running quickly. This version is a minor update, and now includes a spell checker. Shareware $14.95. Shareware. Version 1.4. REQUIRES: Windows 3.1 or greater. INSTALLING: To install Jot: 1. Insert the Jot diskette in your floppy drive (A or B). 2. From the Windows Program Manager, choose File/Run... A. Type A:\INSTALL (or B:\INSTALL) and press OK to install Jot. The installation program will display this readme file containing the license agreement. Read the license agreement carefully. GENERAL INFORMATION: Jot is shareware. Try before you buy software. If you would like to continue to use Jot after the 30 day evaluation period you must register your copy. To register, fill out the form in the file form.txt or the help file and send it to Brandon Fridley. Registering will remove the notice at the ending of Jot.
