CGIShell lets almost any 16-bit or 32-bit program work with your web server as a
CGI program.  Using CGIShell, you can write CGI programs in Visual Basic (3.0,
4.0-16, 4.0-32), Delphi, assembler, QuickBasic, or any other program that can
read and write files.

CGIShell was written specifically to support the EMWAC freeware HTTPS web server,
but should work with any server that follows the pertinent RFCs.
