============================================================================ Systems Resource Monitor ============================================================================ Created by - Joseph Cuevas Computer System Services 3315 2nd Place, Suite 108 Lubbock, TX 79415-3350 Systems Resource Monitor is a utility that will allow you to get memory usage info, free drive space, video and network info in the Windows environment. All functions are available via short-cut keys or right mouse click on the dialog. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To Install Systems Resource Monitor: Just copy all files in the archive to a directory. Then add the program to the Windows Program Manager or whatever program is being used as your shell. To access the help file just right click the mouse on the dialog and you will see a popup menu appear. Use the up/down arrow keys to highlight a menu item then hit the "F1" key. * Or just hit the "F1" key when the application is the active window * NOTE: If you choose to keep the dialog on the bottom of the screen the popup menu will not float freely. So you must keep the right mouse button held down until your selection is made. And if you want to look at the Help file hold the right mouse button then hit the "F1" key when an item is highlighted. *** SysRes.exe reports the following information: *** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Time & Date appear on the title bar - Total Available memory - Largest Contigous Block - Resources: System 'Windows resources are displayed as percentages' User (Window and menu handles) GDI (Device-context handles, brushes, pens, fonts, and bitmaps) The following information is available by using the short-cut keys or right clicking the mouse button on the form. A popup menu will appear.
