PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
--------------------
UBX for Windows requires Windows 3.1 or higher.  It will also run under
Windows 95.

HOW TO INSTALL ON YOUR HARD DRIVE
---------------------------------
1) You are recommended to create a directory... at the "C>" prompt, type:
        MD UBX
   and press "ENTER".
2) Next, just copy all of the files in this archive "UBX200W.ZIP" into
   that directory.
   
NOTE: THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES "VBRUN300.DLL".  This is the Visual Basic
run-time library from Microsoft, a freely distributable file.  You
probably already have it, especially if you routinely download Windows
software from the Internet, online services (such as Compuserve, GEnie,
Delphi, Portal, Prodigy, America OnLine, etc.), or from CD-ROM shareware
collections, or your local BBS.  If not, you can download that file
from any of these services; you can search for this file by any of
these filenames: VBRUN300.DLL; VBRUN300.ZIP; VBRUN300.LZH. 

The easiest way to find whether or not you already have this file is
just by running UBX; you will be advised if VBRUN300.DLL is missing.

HOW TO SETUP UBX TO RUN UNDER WINDOWS
-------------------------------------
1) Open up the group that you want to add an item to, and then choose
   New from the File menu in Program manager.
2) Select the Program Item option button, and then choose the OK button.
3) In the Program Item Properties dialog box, type "UBX for Windows"
4) In the Command Line box, type "c:\ubx\ubx.exe"
5) In the Working Directory box, type "c:\ubx"
6) Click on the OK button

HOW TO USE UBX

Simply double-click on the UBX icon.  Full on-line help is provided,
including a Quick Tutorial.
