   Tanner (dba RiverBend SoftWare) and are protected by U.S. Copyright Law.
   RiverBend SoftWare is a registered trademark.  All rights are reserved
   worldwide.  GolfClub is copyright 1995 by Jim Tanner (dba RiverBend
   SoftWare).

   You are encouraged to make copies of the shareware version of GolfClub
   for your friends and golfing associates. Shareware distributors are
   encouraged to duplicate/distribute this program. Operators of electronic
   bulletin board systems (BBS) are encouraged to post this program for
   downloading by their users. Permission is hereby granted to copy and
   distribute GolfClub, for profit or otherwise, provided all the following
