    For those of you, who expected the order form to be in this file, read
    on.

    Due to the many forms of payment, international issues, and  the  many
    types of licenses available, it's not possible to create the small and
    yet comprehensive order form that usually is in this type of file.

    For these reasons, this program has a built in automated order  screen
    from which you choose options via a number of menus. This prevents you
    and me from making the mistakes that result in delaying your order.

    This order screen calculates price, postage, handling, and,  when due,
    taxes, on screen.  Prices start at about $28 US, see this order screen
    for the actual amount, and for the shipping and handling costs.

    Press Shift+F1 in FH's main screen for this automated ordering screen.
    Complete all relevant fields,  print it with F3,  sign it, and send it
    in.

    Shift+F1 is NOT available in the registered version.
