WinCharging Shareware License

information.  [Vendors are defined as those individuals, groups,
or companies that engage in and/or derive a profit from the 
distribution of shareware programs.]  If you need to create a two
disk installation package, refer to VENDOR.DOC for instructions.

CASUAL USERS:  Please read the information below if you are 
considering giving the shareware edition of WinCharging to a 
fellow shareware enthusiast.  [Casual users are defined as those
individuals who do not fall into the Vendor category, and who
try shareware programs solely as a means to obtain low cost
software for personal use.]

WinCharging is protected by U.S. copyright laws and inter-
national treaties.  Unauthorized use, distribution, or repro-
duction of this product may result in severe civil and criminal
penalties.

The SHAREWARE VERSION of WinCharging may be distributed by 
casual users as long as it is done in the manner prescribed in
the Shareware Distribution Rights defined below.

This is the "try before you buy" Version of WinCharging.

It is a full-featured, fully functional program that you can 
test on your computer for sixty days.  After that period, 
you will not be able to create new records.  You can, of 
course, continue to access your existing records after the 
evaluation period.

form is in the text file PURCHASE.TXT.  Ordering information 
is also available in WinCharging's online Help file.  Open 
the Help file, click the Search button and search on 
"purchase".


  <<<<<<<<<<<   SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS   >>>>>>>>>>>

ONLY the Shareware Version may be distributed, and it must be
distributed in its complete form.  This includes, but is not
limited to, all of the files necessary to install and to run
WinCharging properly, as well as the program's Help files,
the concomitant shareware text files, such as LICENSE.TXT and 
PURCHASE.TXT, and any files deemed necessary by My Little 
Realm Enterprises.  The complete list of files is fully 
enumerated in CONTENTS.TXT.

As a general rule, you should pass along a copy of the 
shareware edition you purchased from your disk vendor.  If 
you downloaded a copy of WinCharging from a BBS, you should 
pass along a copy of that ZIP file.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to copy the expanded
WinCharging files from your hard disk and give those to your 
fellow shareware enthusiasts.  WinCharging must be installed 
correctly if it is to run properly.  You do your friends a 
disservice by giving them incomplete copies of any shareware 
program.

LITTLE REALM ENTERPRISES NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New
Jersey and shall inure to the benefit of My Little Realm 
Enterprises and any successors, administrators, heirs and 
assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by either party 
against the other arising out of or related to this agreement 
shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent
jurisdiction located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The parties
hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
