Upgrading from 1.2 to 2.0:

    Step #1:
    Rename NOSAY.TXT to CUSS.TXT
    Step #2:
    Delete SYSFRI.TXT & MKSCFG.EXE
    Step #3:
    Overwrite old GRAPH.EXE with the new GRAPH.EXE
    Step #4:
    Read the new GRAPH.DOC for new command line parms.
