        Have you ever forgotten a birthday, a doctor or dentist appointment, 
        or, (God save you), an anniversary? "TOTAL RECALL" can prevent that 
        from ever happening again. 
        
        You simply configure the "events" that you want to be reminded about,
        and "TOTAL RECALL" will send you e-mail and/or a logon message a
        specified number of days before the event.
        





   HOW "TOTAL RECALL" WORKS

        Option #1 on the main menu  ADD EVENTS.....

        An "event" is something you want to be reminded about. It could be
        a dentist or doctor appointment. It might be a birthday or an
        anniversary.  It could be the date of an upcoming test or even
        a deadline for an assignment.

        There are three "types" of events.  

        ONE TIME:   reminder is generated once only (then auto-deleted)
        MONTHLY:    reminder is generated once each month 
        ANNUAL:     reminder is generated once each year 

        When you have selected the appropriate "type" of event, you will
        be prompted for the DATE of the event. Enter the date of the actual
        birthday, appointment or whatever, NOT the date you want to be 
        reminded.

        Next you will be prompted for the number of days BEFORE the event
        that you wish to be reminded. You will be sent your reminder
        at the configured number of days before the event.

        Finally, you will be prompted for the "text" of your reminder. You
        may enter up to 10 lines of text. Your reminder could look something
        like this ......

        Alicia's Birthday is coming June 30th.  
        Size 7 dress. Size 42 shoe. 
        Hobby's and interests.....
        skydiving 
        welding 
        greased pig wrestling 
        computing
        dust bunny collecting
        She hated the book on plumbing!


        The above is of course a birthday and therefore an "ANNUAL" event 
        and can be updated or edited using OPTION 2 from the main menu.


        OPTION 3 from the main menu allows you to delete ALL of your events.
