So David and Peter thought maybe Rod would be willing to sell Motor City Software shareware product line to them. So they started to write Rod messages and messages finally in November Rod says YES. He would sell us the entire shareware product line and source codes. While Peter continues to talk to Rod. You see David off trying to get a beta team togather. Rod decides on a price. So David and Peter comes up with the money. You now see Rod putting up the software so Peter can start to get it. Fade in a short time later. David and Peter has the source and they are going at it to change over the source to SoftNet. SoftNet is borned. So now SoftNet need's Registration site; so we started to looking around. Peter Janssens was a reg. site for Motor City so we started to talk to him and he agrees right away. But still need someone in the United States and other countries. We find Jim Smoot in the wing with his other products. So we started to talk to Jim. It doesn't take long for Jim to realize what a great chance for him to add a Great new line of doors and utilities... Fade in. Peter and David are hard at work with all the code and the beta team is hard at work going though the program with fine tooth comb. Many advancement are being made with the code but there is not enough time for just 2 programmers to complete all of the projects. When a long comes a programmer that David and Peter has had some dealing in the past. Randell Baker is talking to David on the phone and wants to know if he could program for SoftNet. So after a little time of talking there all agree on the terms. So Now SoftNet has an other programmer on board. Another Fade in. Ozz Nixon appears from his internet server (hotblast.com) to jump at the chance to code on the SoftNet team with any help he can. Ozz is a member of Info System Technology, Inc's Programming team, which is a parent corp of SoftNet.
