Welcome to Mecca News
This program was compiled using Turbo Pascal 7.0. It is a simple Maximus news
file generator. It generates a Mecca file which you then compile. You may
include a header (line 2 of Mecnews.cfg) which can just be a line or it can
point to another file which you can display (for multiline headers) or a MEX
file (but why would you need one on news? :)

The format of the mecnews.txt file should be:
Line1:      Date
Line2:      Item Heading/Topic
Line3+:     News Item
After 3:    ===

Then you may start over again on the next news item.

You can leave out the date and/or heading without problems.
