A2 = Not Used
A3 = Not Used
A4 = Not Used
A5 = Not Used
A6 = Not Used
A7 = Not Used
A8 = Not Used

Each flag note is limited to a width of 35
Only the first 12 lines will be read and displayed on the screen
File must be named Notes_?.Txt (? = A, B, C, D) and be in your
RA directory pointed to by your RA variable.
