the quality and performance of the software. Use of this package 
constitutes agreement on the part of the user to this disclaimer.  
Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product 
replacement or refund of purchase price within the 30-day  period after 
purchase.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TELNET COMPUTER CONSULTANT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR 
ANY PROBLEMS THAT ARISE BECAUSE OF DEFECTS WITH IPIN PHOTOCALENDAR.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
