3. HOW TO INSTALL PRE ver 1.00

1. Unzip the contents of the PRE-1.ZIP archive to a directory called PRE
   on your hard drive.
2. Change to the directory PRE.
3. Type PRE at the command prompt and tap the 
   ENTER key to run the program.

[NB: When you have unzipped the program, 
the zip file and possibly UNZIP.EXE will 
still be in the PRE directory.  You are 
advised to copy these two files onto a disc 
to keep and then to delete the zip file 
and UNZIP.EXE from PRE.  Reason: If you 
later in PRE unzip the zip file in error 
you will delete data in the PRE directory.]


The program runs and the Main Menu appears.
