   1.  Added over-ride expiry date update feature for volunteer
   investigator.

   2.  Added FILE_ID.DIZ to Elist archive.
       (thanks to Bob Chapman, 1:372/49)

   3.  Fixed netmail 'hold' routine to reset the variable after each
   message.

   4.  Fixed 'future date' problem in processing update messages.

   5.  Fixed printing of empty moderator fields due to improper update
   format.

   6.  Changed header date of ELTAG###.TXT to current day's date.

   7.  Over-ride password feature (item # 1) removed - missing moderator
   issues to be solved by distribution systems instead of by the Elist.

   8.  Database will now be purged of all expired entry data 30 days
   after an echo expires and is removed from the distribution file.

   9.  Summary of 1-month-to-expiry echoes added as ELWRN###.SUM

  10.  Fixed bug limiting 25 line descriptions to 22 lines.

  11.  Purged ELRUL archive of all rule files over 6 months old (560 kb!).

   1.  Distribution files archived with PKZIP to enhance Internet
       compatability.

   2.  ELMOD, ELFAQ, ELRUL and ELIST are now available from the Internet
       Web page:  http://www.portal.ca/~awalker.

   2.  Rules files now individually available for file request.

   3.  Rules may be submitted either as file attaches or in netmail.

01 Jul 95

   1.  The Elist is about 70% of its previous size, and many of the
   associated files have disappeared.

   2.  All page formatting headers and footers were removed.

   3.  A requirement for unique echo tags was implemented, with the
   result that all Echo Keys could be eliminated.

   4.  All echoes which were updated more than 8 months ago were
   removed.

   5.  All duplicate echo tags were removed, using a first-come
   first-served approach as described in the ELMOD695 issue.

   6.  Many of the cross-index and other related files were eliminated
   since over time they had grown to become too large for cost-effective
   distribution of the files.

   7.  The ELMODnnn.TXT file is now included in the distribution archive
   of ELISTnnn.LZH and is renumbered accordingly.  Along with the new
   ELFAQnnn.TXT file, this provides all help files automatically with
   the distribution ELIST archive.
