Simple- Delicious Honey Cake

ingr	2	cups	sifted flour	
ingr	2		eggs	
ingr	3/4	cup	honey	
ingr	1/2 	cup	oil plus 1 tbsp oil	
ingr	1	tsp	baking soda	
ingr	1 	tsp	baking powder	
ingr	1	tsp	cocoa	
ingr	1	tsp	cinnamon	
ingr	1	cup	sugar	
ingr	1	cup	strong coffee	cooled
ingr			chopped pecans or sliced almonds	
inst	Stir dry ingredients together using wire whisk.  Add liquid ingredients and beat with mixer for 5 minutes.^|Pour into greased 9x13 inch  pan lined with wax paper.^|Sprinkle with choice of nuts on top.^|Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour^|
